‘Villa Coroneo’ is a lovely 3 bedroom villa with private pool which sleeps up to 8 people. The location is excellent, on a quiet complex of elite villas, close to all the restaurants, bars and shops of Pernera and within walking distance to Protaras.
The pool with roman steps (7.5m x 3.5m) is great for cooling off in the warm temperatures with a shallow and deep end. There are loungers for around the pool to get a great tan as the sun shines on the pool area all day and an outside dining table and chairs on the patio for serving up food off the BBQ. There is a small garden area with fruit trees which compliments the villa.
The villa is very spacious and comes with everything you would need for an enjoyable stay. With an open plan kitchen, dining area and sitting room with high spec fixtures and fittings.
Upstairs are 3 good sized bedrooms, all with balconies. One bedroom has an ensuite shower room and there is also a family bathroom with shower.
Downstairs are 2 sofa beds to accommodate 2 more people and a cot can be provided if required.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout for cool/hot air, and WIFI/Android TV is included for your entertainment.
