This lovely villa is located on the Dafni 1 Development, a superb spot, just five minutes walk from Pernera beach or from the Anastasia Beach that joins the coastal walkway to Protaras, in the well sought-after area of Pernera. A quiet complex, yet only 3-4 minutes walk from a wide variety of bars and restaurants.
Although not needed, if you want to explore more of the Island, the bus stops are very close to the complex entrance.
The villa is fully air conditioned throughout and is spacious with an open plan design. With 2 patio doors leading out onto the pool area it has a very light and airy feel.
The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with everything you need. The dining table seats 6 and lounge area has comfy seating with TV with tv package and unlimited WIFI included for your entertainment. There is a ground-floor shower/toilet room also.
There are three bedrooms, one double with balcony and two twin rooms, sleeping up to 6 people. There is a separate family bathroom with walk-in shower (no bath).
Outside is a good sized heated pool, 7m x 3m with sun loungers, table and chairs. Take advantage of the sun all day around the villa or take shade under the parasols. A BBQ is provided for outdoor cooking.
